Bead Relief was founded by friends who set out to make a difference.  John Gornik and Greg Elias set out with high hopes of bringing awareness and support to non-profit organizations and especially groups that focussed on less fortunate children.  They have partnered with local, national, and even international organizations striving for an opportunity to make a difference.  Remember:  Everyone can make a difference.

I received bracelets representing the Free2Luv Award Winning Non-Profit Organization.  Free2Luv is dedicated to empowering youth and encouraging individuality through arts and entertainment.  Their motto is: “Friends Don’t Let Friends Bully”.  It’s no secret that many children and even adults are bullied each and every day.  I have heard many of the local schools even have programs encouraging and rewarding children for “being a friend, not a bully”.  While I don’t know if there is ever a way to completely solve this problem, spreading awareness and encouraging change is a huge start.

Bead Relief’s Bracelets are designed to aid in their partnerships and help raise funds for these non-profit organizations.  Bracelets are hand-made and complete with the signature copper Bead Relief tag.  25% of each Bracelet purchase goes directly to the organization of that specific charity.  All signature Bead Relief sales get divided between all of their partners.  Examples of the non-profits Bead Relief supports include: A Place Called Home, National Coalition Against Domestic Violence, Autism Society, National Breast Cancer Foundation, and many many more!
