With the weather changing and the cold moving in, it’s time to get the family into warmer footwear. Lugz has always been known as an innovator and leader in footwear and their selection has some outstanding options for the whole family. As they incorporate the highest quality materials and best designs, their products provide optimal comfort and maximum durability. Today, I want to introduce you to one of their new Women’s styles, the Thora Boots.
The Lugz Thora Boots are available in three color options: Black/Black/White, M Grey/Glacier, and Bark/Military Olive/Soft White. While all three colors are appealing and fairly neutral colored, I chose the M Grey/Glacier for this review.
These boots are fashionable and warm with their suede upper design, nylon and wool shaft, and fleece lining. The double lace offers a unique look with the white and grey mix that really adds character to the boots as well. The 1″ rubber sole offers a great base while the bottom tread offers traction.
For footwear, I typically wear 7 1/2 or 8 (if only available in whole sizes) and my 7 1/2 Thora Boots fit great with ample wiggle space for my toes. Overall, this is a beautiful boot that allows for a stylish but warm wear during the cold months. Since Minnesota is cold longer than it is hot, I know I’ll be getting lots of wear out of my Thora Boos this Fall and Winter.

I’m a city girl turned country by my awesome husband and we have three busy boys and two darling daughters. I love spending time with my family, reading Karen Kingsbury novels, and catching up with friends while our kiddos have play dates. I’m blessed beyond measure and can’t wait to see what God has in store.
