Coming up with new and fresh dinner ideas is exhausting. So instead, I tend to get in the routine rut and make the same dozen meals over and over. But lately, I’ve really been itching to try something new. Then, I came across the Sheet Pan Recipe Book from Weldon Owen and I love the fact that they have some great ideas for hands off dinner menus!
Sending a big thank you to Weldon Owen Publishing for sending me a copy of their Sheet Pan Recipe Book.
The idea behind this book is to offer the simple and best way to create amazing meals. Mimicking the simplicity of one-pot meals, the hardcover Sheet Pan Cookbook offers convenient recipes for baking, roasting, and broiling your meal on a single sheet pan. Just think! An entire meal can be prepared quickly and easily, then place it in the oven, and straight to the table it goes! Whether on the hunt for family meal ideas, weeknight suppers, or even comfort foods, ingredients can be prepared in advanced and then slipped into the oven at the perfect time to create an unforgettable meal.
Doesn’t this sampling look absolutely delicious? I get hungry just looking at these photos!

I have been neglecting my oven due to using the slow cooker a lot but all the stuff I make in the slow cooker is starting to blend together in terms of flavor– will have to try to mix it up and make something in the oven!
