Today, I am going to share with you, my favorite way to make Nutrisystem Chili. I love eating my Chili over a plate of spaghetti squash. I start preparing this meal about an hour before I want to eat. I prefer to bake my spaghetti squash whole. I don’t slice it or anything. Doing it this way, allows me to steam the insides…no need for added oils. I place the spaghetti squash in the oven on 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes depending on size. Once the squash is soft to the touch, I remove it from the oven to cool for about 15 minutes. After it has cooled, I cut it in half length-wise and remove the seeds. Then I fork pull the spaghetti squash, placing it on my plate. Next, I prepare the Nutrisystem Chili. As directed on the package, I remove the metal cover, replace the plastic cover and heat for 45 seconds in the microwave. When the Chili has finished cooking, I pour it over my plate of spaghetti squash. It is absolutely delicious!

My progress this week was too little to even mention. I am having my period. I was actually surprised to see that I hadn’t gained. I feel very bloated this month. Ugh.
I had a big non-scale victory this week. While out shopping one day, I found a dress I really liked. I NEVER wear dresses, so I was surprised I had found one that I liked. I decided to step outside my comfort zone and buy it. I assumed I would need a size large so that is what I bought. This morning, I put on the dress. It was too big! I am going to exchange it for a size medium or maybe even a small!

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.

Good for you on the new dress! I bet you will feel like a million bucks!
I like spaghetti squash and eat it when in season. I didnt know cooking it whole was an option. I wouldnt imagine deseeding it as any more complicated. I might try doing it that way next time. Your chili looks good.

I like spaghetti squash. Glad you found a dress you like and have to take it back for a smaller size!
