Summer is already over for some and next week marks the end for many more.  So as families finish up their last minute back-to-school prep, there’s also lots to look forward to.  As you put dates on the calendar for the kids’ sporting events, holidays, and other fun activities, be sure to mark October 5th as it’s World Teachers Day.  To celebrate, I’ve teamed up with Learning Resources to feature just a few of their awesome products that would be perfect gifts for the teachers in your life.

First up, a great gift for those elementary teachers, we have the Classroom Centers Pocket Chart.  Teachers love that, at a quick glance, children can see where they belong without having to ask.  This chart offers enough space for ten different station centers at one time.   Featuring a variety of pieces including 42 reusable write and wipe cards (30 student name cards, 10 center cards, and 2 title cards), teachers can also create their own center cards by flipping the card over and writing on the back.  Truly perfect for teachers in Kindergarten and up!

Learning Resources Letter Blocks

Next we have Learning Resources’ Letter Blocks. Colorful and fun, these chunky letter blocks are perfect for learning sounds and making simple words. They measure in at 2”L x 2”H and come with 36 pieces (each letter of the alphabet and two of each vowel which are all red to help kids learn who the vowels are).  Awesome for tactile, hands-on learning, kids love these chunky letters.

Learning Resources Double-sided Magnetic Fraction Squares

Finally, we have a fun product to help aid teachers in teaching those pesky fractions to their students.  The Double-Sided Magnetic Fraction Squares are bright engaging magnets that offer practice in a hands-on way.  Each magnet features fractions on one side and percentages on the other for double the chance to learn.  This 51 piece set is geared for 1st grade and up.

I love Learning Resources! They have the best educational toys, and as a mom who homeschools I really appreciate them! I am going to order some of their Letter Blocks for my 3 and 4 year old who are wanting to learn with their older sister. 🙂 Thanks for sharing!

The whole line would be great for my niece and nephew. I really like the Gears! Gears! Gears!® 150-Piece Super Building Set, 100% of people would recommend it it says.

My kids are a little big for these now. But what great things are created for little ones to learn.

Learning Resources has so many good items for the schools. I have gotten some for our school. They are well made and hold up well.
