Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.

I love these “Old Tyme” candies. Some of these are hard to find these days. I did find a shop in Gatlinburg when I was there that had bunches! We snacked on them From Tennessee to Louisiana! 🙂

This is wonderful..I see so many candies of my childhood and my parents.
I use to love those zero bars and chick o sticks.
It was a real treat for us to every have candy..nothing like households today.
Fond memories of my daddy when he would really splurge to give us ONE bar.

I have been checking out old time Candy’s website for a couple months now, I started receiving emails from them and decided to visit their site. There’s some candy on there that I haven’t seen in years! Or even decades! I’ve been thinking about purchasing one of their decade gift boxes for a while now, as soon as I get some extra income. I would like to purchase the larger box from the 1980’s. This would be the perfect gift just for myself!
