Thank you to Simply Fit Board for providing me with products to facilitate my blog review. All opinions are 100% my own.

Have you seen the commercials for The Simply Fit Board? They make it look so fun and easy. I just had to find out for myself if it really was.

In case you haven’t seen the commercial, The Simply Fit Board is a workout board with a twist! It gives users a fun, easy and effective way to strengthen and tone core muscles. It also helps improve balance. The Simply Fit Board can support users up to 400 pounds.

For my review, I received a Simply Fit Board, Workout Mat and three exercise DVDs- Core & Buns Workout, Low Impact Workout, and The 21 Day Challenge Workout.

I couldn’t wait to get started with The Simply Fit Board. I was a little wobbly/unbalanced at first but, quickly got the hang of it. Just like the commercial says, all you have to do is stand on it and twist. Just a few minutes into my workout, I could feel my stomach muscles and leg muscles working.

The Workout DVDs are also fun. I get bored doing the same routine over and over. It is nice to have options.  The Workout DVDs show you different ways to get the most out of your workouts.

You don’t need to have a Workout Mat, but it provides a nice surface to exercise on. It is also an excellent way to protect your floors from the rubbing of the bottom of the Simply Fit Board.

After getting to try the Simply Fit Board personally, I can honestly tell you that YES, it is as fun and easy as it looks on the commercials! If you have been wanting one, go get it. I am so happy I finally have a Simply Fit Board!

I always pass them in the store and wonder if they are as fun as they look!! I also love that it could be a toy for my son lol!! Double use!! Always a bonus in this house!

We use something like this with patients at my therapy gym to help get their balance better. It’s work for them but the kids love playing on it when they come with me to work on the occasional weekend. It really does work on those muscles, lol.

I am glad they come with a mat. We have wondered about how it could scratch a floor or wear on carpet. I bet it would be an easy way to actually get some movement in. Thank you for the review.

I am a fitness instructor and this looks awesome! I developed diastasis recti (abdominal separation) from my second pregnancy, and need to stay away from doing forward folding exercises that can separate my abs even more like crunches. Because exercise is done in an upright position using this board, I can work more on engaging my core while twisting through my obliques and work on transverse abs (lower and inner core). This looks awesome! I really want to get it!

When I saw this on Shark Tank I remember wanting to try it. My body could use a work out especially my core.

This looks so fun and easy! I have seen the commercials and really wanted to know if it was as cool as it looks. I think this would make a great gift for me for Christmas!

I have seen these commercials and always wondered how well it works. My only issue is that I don’t have great balance, so I wonder how long it would take me to get the hang of it. I do like that it’s a different kind of workout; looks fun!

I’ve seen the commercials and thought “is this the new fad.” I’m glad to hear that it works like the commercial says it does. I can see how the mat would help with wear and tear on the floors.

I have saw the commercials and they are every where but I am afraid of falling off breaking something.

This seems like such a fun way to work out! I am a big fan of working out, but I do not like to go to gyms or be in public when I do so. I love that I can use this in the comfort of my own home, and the fact that it doesn’t take up a lot of room is even better! Thanks for sharing. 🙂

I’ve seen these in the store and wondered about them. Fortunately I have you to take the risks for me!

I have seen these on TV. It seems like they would work at burning calories if you do it. It is low impact… I might try it.
