I have never owned anything that is made from wool before, but I had always assumed it was itchy and uncomfortable. I also had never heard of Merino wool before. I love sweaters in the winter, they are cozy and cute and the fit pregnant bellies so well it seems!
The Carla Knit Sweater from Obermeyer is the perfect addition to any women’s wardrobe! With slim fit stitchings the sweater is far from bulky and hugs the curves of your body flattering your shape the whole time. The wool is incredibly soft. I consider myself to be a person who is hot all the time so even though I love sweaters I am picky about them, if they cause me to overheat they are a no go. The Carla Knit sweater breathes like no other sweater I’ve worn before while still keeping me warm and cozy.
The Carla Knit Sweater from Obermeyer comes in a few different colors but I chose black as I knew it would match with most of the things I already own. I am almost 7 months pregnant and the medium fits me perfectly. I have yet to wash it but have made sure to read those directions carefully as I know wool can be finicky.
Obermeyer features so many outerwear options from a cozy sweater, or snow pants all the way to 4 in 1 down jackets! If you plan on spending any time at all in the freezing winter weather Obermeyer is the perfect place to stop by and pick up your apparel.
My kids both have Obermeyer snow suits and we absolutely love them, we hear no complaints of being cold, or wet from either one of them and they are able to stay out in the snow for hours!
I am a stay at home mother of two, who loves to create in every form, from cooking, to henna, to painting or sculpting, creating with my hands is my passion! I love to dance and let loose when the music flows right. Being outside is a special kind of therapy I think humans need more of as well as mindfulness! I love all things new and adventurous and am always looking to experience more of life 🙂

I agree that wool has pretty much always had me thinking extremely itchy and uncomfortable as well. I had no idea that it could be so soft until I recently tried some new wool socks, they are not at all what I thought they would be! I like the variety of clothing that this company has, and the women’s sweaters are so cute. 🙂

Goodness not long now if you are seven months! I have always liked wool products. I look for them as I know they are natural. Merino wool in particular is so nice. I love the sweater patterns available. I am all for being warm for sure!

My niece lives in Illinois where it gets so very cold. I am always buying her things, even things intended for skiing to wear!
I love the expression “There’s never bad weather only bad clothing choices”. So so true!! With awesome gear you can be warm and comfortable in any snow and cold!! Obermeyer sounds amazing for keeping you warm and dry!!
