Thank you to Neck Hammock for sending product for review in exchange for my honest opinion.

When you suffer from neck issues or headaches, you will try just about anything to get relief. I am one of those people. I get tension headaches that run up my head from the back of my neck. They started in college and still plague me at least a few days a month. I have tried chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage and medications. My husband also has trouble with tight and achy neck muscles. I was intrigued when I heard about the Neck Hammock.

The Neck Hammock attaches to any door, via the handle or the door hinge. There is also a second strap that you can use to attach it to a railing. You just have to wrap it around the object of choice, lie down and place your head in the comfortable Neck Hammock. It boasts neck pain relief in ten minutes or less. My husband and I can attest to how relaxing it feels to use the Neck Hammock. It feels like your head doesn’t weigh anything at all. It is wonderful for stretching out and relaxing your neck muscles, with the goal of relieving neck pain. We both have used the Neck Hammock a few times and agree that it is a great investment.

My husband and I appreciate that the Neck Hammock can be used any time, anywhere. It packs away for travel or storage into a small draw string bag that is included (see above). It takes up very little space. The design of the Neck Hammock is extremely comfortable, with extra padding at the base of the neck and over the ears, it almost begs you to fall asleep! It is recommended to only be used for 15 minutes at a time, though. The Neck Hammock website explains that it can be used to help with pinched nerves, herniated and bulging disks too.

What do you think? Would you ever try the Neck Hammock?

I have never seen anything like this. I do suffer from neck pain, and my husband has migraine headaches. I think we could both benefit from this.

  • Thank You for this honest and awesome review!

I definitely suffer from severe neck and shoulder pain! This is an interesting looking product, but I can see why it would work so well. For me anything is worth relieving my chronic pain, I can’t wait to try one now! Thanks for sharing. 🙂

I would give it a try! I have a medical issue that this might bring some relief from. I would want to use it alot more than what hey say though! It looks relaxing and I could see how it would be very easy to fall asleep in for sure.

Looks interesting but I could not use it. I have hip problems and cannot get down on the floor. But will forward this to my sister in law it might help her to get this

I agree that it looks like a great product but if I got down on the floor I’d never be able to get back up.

  • This is really a very great product!
I also have problems with myocardial disk herniation for many years, I will definitely try it in the next few days.
But, I want to ask about its certainty, my weight is quite large and likely to break the wire.
    Thanks

Nope nope nope. Sorry not buying this. I have seen this for a year or so and I really think it would do more damage. I am going to talk to my doctors and PT about it. I have a Syrinx in my neck and several other spine issues. A lot of people and doctors have never heard of a Syrinx but I was born with it. I have tried several hookie neck braces and 99% are a waste of time. Stretching, cryotherapy machine, heat therapy, a good pillow and great mattress are the way to go. Also if you are a woman a great bra that has a strap that you can pull in the middle and let out when you need to adjust it has been all the things that have relieved some of my pain. 1 more thing that can help is a posture band that men or women can wear and that works similar to those self adjust halter type bras. I live with sever chronic pain and could never get on the floor for this thing anyways.
