I received product from Read Your Story to facilitate this post.  All opinions are my own.

Do you find it difficult to purchase gifts for the children in your life?  I know that one complaint I often hear is that “they already have everything”.  And while we know that’s typically partially true, sometimes settling on a gift can be a bit stressful.  Even a challenge!  However, Read Your Story has taken the difficulty away as their books always make for a great choice!

Personalized Books Make Great Gifts!

Over the years, I’ve found that the gifts my own children seem to love the most are personalized ones.  And for that matter, I’ve also found that the people we’ve given personalized gifts to also love them.  Bonus that I don’t have to worry about doubling up on a gift that more than one person gives too!  So today, I’m happy to share a really neat company with you.  Read Your Story has combined both the customization of a book by adding the name as well as pictures, right into the story!

A Monster Mess! (Personalized Name) Has A Big Adventure

The first book I chose is called “A Monster Mess!  Sam Has A Big Adventure“.  Written by the New York Times bestselling author Kelly DiPucchio, this exclusive story will be a hit with the kids in your life.  With the customization feature, each book tells a tale of a courageous, kind, and determined hero… who just so happens to be the child you customize for!

I love that I was not only able to put my child’s picture on the cover, he also appears throughout the book!  Two additional photos are also able to be added to the book as photos on the wall, which is really cool!  (I actually utilized our family photo for one even.)

There’s even a place to give a dedication to the child.  My kids always love reading who made them their special book.  And finally, there are actually five different color options for the book cover as well!

I’ve never seen so many ways to make a book truly unique.  And the quality is amazing too!

ABCs With (Me)!

The second book I got to see up close and personal is their ABC’s With Werner!, which I picked for my husband’s Godson.  Learning the alphabet has never been more fun and since he’s turning two soon, he’s at the perfect age to start.  Each page features a picture corresponding with a letter from the alphabet but in this special book, your child will also find themselves!

Scattered throughout, the special little one in your life will discover their face on the pages twelve different times.  And not only that, they will also hear their name woven into the book nine times too.  This means that long after they learn their alphabet, this book will continue to be special!

There is also a custom dedication page so they will always remember who took time to create this amazing gift for them.  Truly, a perfect keepsake that is unique and fun.  Made with thick, acid-free, archival quality Mohawk paper, this book should withstand little hands and the test of time.

These books are so special, what a great idea! I love that you can not only personalize them for a child, but also include a special message just for them. 🙂 This would definitely make the perfect gift for any kid!

I really like these. These type books have been around a very long time, and they are so fun. I hink the best part is seeing a kid respond for the first time when they realize the story has their name in it! I love how this can also have a message, hat is really a nice touch,
