I was sent a Nadine West style bag for review. All opinions are my own.

Those of you who have been following for a while know that I’ve done a few Nadine West Reviews now. After my last shipment, I decided to update my style profile just a little bit. You can do this at any time, as a Nadine West subscriber. The style profile includes details on your size, which colors you like to wear, and so on. However, it also includes a general style portion that shows you some examples of clothing and you chose which ones apply. In the past, I had simply selected the ‘trendy’ photo. This time, I added on romantic as well. In the photo, the romantic style showed more dresses/skirts and ruffles than the other styles.

In a nutshell, Nadine West is a subscription service that sends you clothing each month. You try on the items, and mail back anything you don’t care for using a pre-paid mailing label that is included in your shipment. Your package will tell you when you need to mail items back by, to avoid charge. It is typically 3 to 5 days after your shipment arrived, so be sure to do it quickly. You’ll only be charged for the items that you keep.

This bag had more items in it than any of my previous shipments – 8 items in total!

The dress in this shipment is really lightweight and breezy. The material is really thin, so it’s extremely breathable and it moves a lot when I walk around. It would be very comfortable to wear on a really hot day, I bet. The length and overall style just isn’t me though. This dress is $29.99 to keep.

This necklace is really close to my style. I don’t have any particular love for trees/twigs/branches but I love silver necklaces with dainty designs. Close, but not quite me! This necklace is $26.99 to keep.

The shorts, top and sunglasses all came in my Nadine West bag! 

I’m not one to wear sunglasses much because I wear prescription glasses, but I liked these! I like the slightly purple tint to them. They are $16.99 to keep.

The bottoms are called “lacey afternoon” and they are just black with an elastic waistband, and lacey edges. They are extremely comfortable on because of the material and elastic waist. I’m not usually one to wear shorts ther than jeans or chinos but I thought they were pretty cute. They are $22.19 to keep.

The top was my favorite item from this month’s bag. Purple is my favorite color in general, and my favorite color to wear. This shade of purple is an interesting in-between light and dark shade that I just don’t see very often. I like the criss-cross top, and the material is soft and airy which is perfect for summer weather. The top costs $24.49.

This “lush” top has a color and print that reminded me a lot of the dress I got in my April Nadine West. I just adore that dress, by the way! I’ve wore it several times. I like the color and material of this dress, I just wish the front and back didn’t dip down so low. I know that this style of shirt is popular right now, but I just prefer shirts that end all at the same length, and at about hip-length instead of being so long. This top sells for $27.99.

I tried tucking it into the “Origimai” skirt that I got in this bag and I thought it was really cute that way! This skirt is my second-favorite item this month. I really like how it fits, and how it looks on. The only downside is, I just can’t imagine where I would wear it. It has a lot of stretch to it, so it fits snug but comfortable. The skirt sells for $14.99.

Last was these “druzy drop” earrings. These are a bit bigger than I would typically wear, but I really like them and I don’t feel they are too bold for me. For being somewhat large, hanging earrings, I don’t find them overly heavy. They are definitely a ‘keeper’ for me. These are $14.99 to keep.
