With summer break around the corner, I have begun filling my house with healthy snacks. I don’t know about you but, when my kids are home on summer break it seems as though they are constantly asking for snacks. I try to make sure I have an assortment of healthy items for them to choose from.
While searching the internet for high-protein/low-sugar snacks, I found ONE Brands protein bars. ONE Brand protein ars have a whopping 20 grams of protein and only one gram of sugar. They are made with wholesome ingredients…no junky fillers. ONE Brand bars are available in a variety of flavors including Birthday Cake, Almond Bliss, Chocolate Brownie, Blueberry Cobbler, Lemon Cake, Peanut Butter Pie, Maple Glazed Donut, Cinnamon Roll, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Salted Caramel, Cookies & Creme, and Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake. ONE Brand bars sounded like something my kids would enjoy, so we decided to give them a try.
Here is what my nine-year-old daughter had to say about ONE Brand protein bars- “Most things that are good for you taste amazing…but some don’t. ONE Brand protein bars are one healthy thing that tastes great! I like Almond Bliss the best. It tastes just like an Almond Joy candy bar. I also like the Cinnamon Roll bar. It tastes just like cinnamon sugar. You guys have done it, ONE Brand. Another great food that tastes amazing and is amazing for you!”
I also asked my eleven-year-old daughter to share her thoughts- “The ONE Brand protein bars taste incredible! For a high protein, low sugar snack, they are great! Unlike other bars, they aren’t messy and crumble on top of my homework or whatever I am doing. I have tried almost all of the ONE Brand protein bar flavors…except for the peanut butter ones because I don’t like peanut butter. The Blueberry Cobbler bar is definitely my favorite. The bars are very filling which is good for going on a run, hike, bike ride or walk with friends. I take a ONE Bar in my lunch and as if I didn’t already, now I look even more forward to my lunch.”
There you have it. ONE Brand protein bars are kid and mom approved. I am so thankful I found a nutritious snack that they enjoy eating.

These are just what I need. I have been increasing my protein due to recent weight loss. I cannot tolerate the Protein shakes. I would like most of these flavors.
