Have you started thinking about your holiday cards yet?  Most years, I’m surprised by how fast December arrives.  So I end up scrambling at the last minute and paying extra for fast shipping.  Just to get my cards out within the last few days before Christmas.  But I’m happy to say, that won’t be happening this year!  Thanks to Pinhole Press, I’ve already got my cards in hand.

Pinhole Press Christmas & Holiday Cards

Honestly, I look forward to receiving everyone’s custom photo cards each Christmas.  It’s the one time of year that “fun mail” outweighs bills!  I find it neat to see families grow and change over the years.  Especially the relatives and friends that I don’t get to see very often.

The Process

Creating our custom photo card over at Pinhole Press was actually really easy.  To be frank, the hardest part was settling on a design!  Pinhole Press offers a great selection so it took me longer to choose our card style than to actually create it.  But after about 30 minutes, I settled on the Christmas Wishes Card.

I started by uploading my photo(s).  I wasn’t sure which one would look the best so I uploaded several that were very similar.  They are all from our summer family vacation to Duluth.

Once I chose the one I liked best, I was able to double click on the photo to edit.

Then it was time to customize the back side of the card.  This was also quite simple as I just had to alter the text boxes with my personalized messages.

After that, just add to the cart, update the quantity, and order!  All in all, creating our 2018 Christmas Card took less than 15 minutes.

The Cards Arrived!

Once my card package arrived, I could hardly wait to open it.  It’s always nerve-wracking to me to see if our card turned out.  But thankfully, it did and we are really happy with the results.  The cards are printed on heavy “card stock feeling” paper.  It’s definitely a nice weight that will hold up and not crease easily, which I love.  And both my photo as well as customization are exactly what I ordered.

Overall Thoughts On Pinhole Press

I couldn’t be happier!  They made my card to order and did it well!  The cards came quickly and were packaged safely in bubblewrap in a cardboard box.  I’m very pleased with my entire experience with Pinhole Press.
