Growing up, I always wanted a dog. While we had one when I was really young, she died before I turned 2 so I didn’t remember her. And for some reason, my parents were really against getting another dog. So when my husband and I took over his family farm, I was thrilled that we “inherited” a dog along the way. And while Tipper was technically still my father-in-laws dog, he was definitely our dog too. Sadly, she passed away a few years ago at about 16 years of age. But now, we have our new dog Bear. He’s a half german shepherd half black lab dog. While he’s half of each breed, he’s 100% loyal.

I did a lot of research on dog food for my dogs and agree with your points, always purchase grains free and whole food.

I’m glad to see meat as the first ingredients. I have to be careful because my pup gets so itchy if it is corn or wheat as the first ingredient.

Funny my brother had shephards for years and one of them was named Bear. He was my favorite. My brother and sister in law both have their own big dogs. And this food really sounds like something they need to check out
