I was sent Soundcore Liberty Neo Wireless EarBuds for review & this is a sponsored post with Anker. All opinions are my own.

About 6 weeks ago Ryan started a new job. He now works in a factory and has learned the various positions that he fills pretty well. Much of the work is fairly repetitive, so it can become a little dull mentally. At his job, workers are able to wear headphones or earbuds as long as they leave one ear exposed so that they can hear environmental noise if someone speaks to them or something. Ryan liked the idea of being able to listen to podcasts or eBooks while working, but he wasn’t sure that the could get any of our old earbuds to stay in one ear. He was also worried about the cord catching on his clothing when he moves around.

When we had the chance to tryout Soundcore Liberty Neo Wireless EarBuds from Anker, we thought they were worth a try. Over a year ago I had been sent some Bluetooth earbuds for review but I never actually blogged about them because they were so low quality that I told the brand I thought my review would do my harm than good and we agreed to not publish it. With those old Bluetooth earbuds, I heard a lot of scratching and other interference. Also, the sound would often skip out, so when listening to a song I’d miss a few words at a time due to poor connection. Based on that experience, I was of the belief that Bluetooth earbuds were probably just too ew of a product to be of quality unless you buy the biggest name brand out there.

Anker’s Soundcore Liberty Neo Wireless EarBuds have shown me that affordable high-quality earbuds absolutely exist. These are around $50 for a set and the quality is great. There is no scratching or crackling type noises, and the sound never cuts out. They use satellite technology (LDS antenna) to maintain a super strong Bluetooth 5 connection and it’s obvious when comparing to my past experience with other Bluetooth headphones. I’ve tried these out around the house and was impressed by how well they cut out environmental noise when using both at once.

They come with multiple size covers for the part that goes in your inner ear, and multiple pieces that cover the outside as well. See that little triangle-shaped piece on top of the earbud? That is part of the cover, and the different covers offer different sized triangles. You should use the one that causes the triangle to sit on the inner fold of your ear for stability. This photo is me wearing the smallest one and I probably would need the biggest one for my ears.

My outer ears are a lot bigger than Ryan’s (kinda funny because he is 10 inches taller than I am yet his ears are significantly smaller than mine!) but seems how he has been the one primarily using these, we’ve left the covers on that fit his ears. The “cushions” that sit around the piece that go in your ear are also adjustable between multiple cover sizes. This is great because you can use the covers that best fit the size of your inner ear, and that best fit your outer ear.  While Ryan has really small outer ears, his inner ear is the mid-sized piece. Every ear is different so this customization is really nice.

With the customized covers on, these fit Ryan’s ears so well that he hasn’t had them fall out even once while moving around at work. This is really important because if they wouldn’t stay in at work, he wouldn’t be able to use them at work as they could become a distraction if he had to stop working to pick them off the floor. But they stay in nicely and he’s able to keep them in at work without a problem.

Anker earbuds review

These earbuds have made his days at work go by a bit quicker by keeping his mind focused on books or podcasts.

The earbuds charge in the case itself, and you recharge the case. Meaning the case works somewhat like a power bank.

We truly couldn’t be happier with these earbuds. They meet his needs in terms of sound quality, battery life, size/fit and convenience. They’ve made work a bit more enjoyable for him and that is always a win!

You can purchase these earbuds from the Anker website using any link in this post and if you purchase please use the referral code EMILYREVIEWS.

These sound like great earbuds.I like how they can be customized. It is nice they have such great sound quality at such a nice price. These would for sure be a nice set.

The multiple size covers could really make wearing something like this more comfortable for me. I am always bothered by earbuds that don’t fit well.

I’ve tried a couple of earbuds and hated the fit and the sound. These are great with the customized fit. (I’m glad you only review products that you really like)

    • We will share reviews that aren’t entirely positive like if we mostly like the item but see an area for improvement, or have a small issue with it we’ll explain that we like it but also mention what we perceive to be flaws or downsides. On the other hand, if our overall opinion is more negative than positive then we ask the brand if they would like us to share the honest but negative review, or to just not post a review. I believe it is my job to be honest in the reviews that I share, but I don’t think there is any harm in skipping over writing a review if I dislike a product. It’s no fun writing negative blog posts. I’d rather stick to sharing things that I enjoy. 🙂

I’ve never tried wireless earbuds before, but they would be so handy to have!

I don’t usually like earbuds so being able to customize these is a great perk. I think my fiance’ would love a set of these for work.

I am usually not a fan of ear buds because they really hurt my ears! I love that these have different attachments though, so you can customize them. I also think it is awesome that they are wireless, wires can be so distracting! Thank you so much for your review. 🙂

I have a pair of wireless ear buds that I was so excited about. Unfortunately they don’t stay in my ear! This set seems to rectify that problem with the cover.
