I received product from Ooly to facilitate this post. As always, all opinions are my own.
For those of you who follow Emily Reviews, you may have read that I actually homeschool our kids. However, that doesn’t mean we miss out on the ‘normal activities’ kids enjoy. My kids have been able to participate in homeschool sports, writing classes, field trips, and more. We’ve been in plays through small groups. And learned how to cake decorate through special classes. But something the kids especially look forward to is celebrating Valentine’s Day with our homeschool co-op!
The BEST Non-Candy Valentine Options
Our current homeschool co-op group has 8 families and 24 kids. We get together at least once a month for a co-op learning day. Then we also try to schedule one field trip per month too. And during the winter, we actually get together two additional times each month for gym days. So we see each other a lot. And with Valentine’s Day looming, everyone is getting excited to celebrate.
The problem is, though, we have some allergies and dietary restrictions in our group. So we’ve decided to go with non-candy options to celebrate as we want to be sure none of the kids get left out. So this year, I knew Ooly goodies would be a HUGE hit! (And they even have an Ooly Valentine gift guide to help you out.)
My kids LOVE Ooly products. For Christmas, we celebrated with Unicorns, Glitter, and Monsters. They loved opening their Christmas stockings that were loading with pencils, erasers, note pads, pens, and more. So they are super excited to share their love of Ooly with their co-op friends.
Perfect Valentine Treats (Without The Sugar!)
Presto Chango Crayon Pencils
This six pack set comes with a rainbow of colors and loads of fun. Each crayon pencil has 12 different interchangeable colored crayon leads. You can switch them up and give each Valentine a rainbow assortment! Just pull a color and place in the back of the pencil to see a new color. Kids LOVE these!
Yummy Yummy Scented Glitter Gel Pens
Kids love making dazzling art with these glitter gel pens that also give off a faint fruity scent. These come in a 12-pack set which means most kids would only need 2 packs to have enough Valentine gifts for the whole class!
Fun Erasers: Vanilla Macarons, Dainty Donuts, Ice Cream Shoppe, & Glitter Jumbo
Adorable erasers always make getting rid of mistakes more fun. And Ooly has a fantastic collection of novelty and sweet choices. Attach to a homemade Valentine Card that says “Make No Mistake, You’re Great!”
These are just a few of the best non-candy Valentine options for kids that Ooly offers. They have lots more great options in their Valentine’s Gift Guide. So make sure you head over and order your goodies today!

I’m a city girl turned country by my awesome husband and we have three busy boys and two darling daughters. I love spending time with my family, reading Karen Kingsbury novels, and catching up with friends while our kiddos have play dates. I’m blessed beyond measure and can’t wait to see what God has in store.
