For the past few years, I have been taking an elderberry supplement as well as a B12 supplement. I had been taking both in capsule form, but recently I was introduced to VITBOOST which offers these supplements in liquid form. 

If you are not familiar with Elderberrry supplement, it is used as a natural immune booster. VITBOOST is vegan, gluten free, allergen free, and 3rd party certified for purity and potency. It is also made in America. Some use elderberry supplement for homeopathic relief and to protect against cold and allergy symptoms (these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease). I appreciate that VITBOOST Elderberry Supplement has zero added sugar. Suggested use is to shake well, then place two full droppers (2ml) under the tongue and hold for 20 seconds. An alternative option is placing the drops into water or juice. I think the Elderberry tastes surprisingly good! 

The VITBOOST B12 Supplement comes in a delicious raspberry flavor. You can choose to add it to your morning glass of water or tea. It is said to have fast, easy absorption and promotes energy production by supporting the adrenal glands, red blood cell formation, and converting carbohydrates to glucose (these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease). VITBOOST B12 Supplement is proudly made in America, and is vegan-friendly, gluten free, non-GMO, allergen free and is 3rd party lab tested for purity and potency. Suggested dose is 1 dropper (1ml) and contains 5000mcg of Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin).
