Emile Henry has a reputation for manufacturing high-quality ceramic ovenware, cooking, bakeware, storage, and other much-needed kitchen products. Its founder, Jaques Henry, became interested in ceramics in 1848. Fast forward to 2023, and his company, Emile Henry, carries among many other items, a line of plates, baking dishes and platters, and ramekins, and even has a cheese baker as well as a cheese box (although you can use it for many other items you want to store in addition to cheese), and an egg nest so you make a perfect egg whether it’s in the oven or the microwave. I haven’t even mentioned all of the bread-baking dishes, the mixing bowls, the Dutch oven, storage containers, and many other kitchens’ “must haves”. They have full collections you can choose from or purchase individual items. If you are already the proud owner of some Emile Henry products but need some replacement parts, you’re in luck.
Emile Henry has so many wonderful items that I barely know where to start so I will tell you about one that our family uses over and over. The Emile Henry Pizza stones are excellent kitchen tools for achieving restaurant-quality pizzas at home. All members of our family love pizza but we prefer to make them at home for several reasons…cost, and convenience since we are always on the go, and we want the ingredients to be as “farm to table” fresh as possible. Emile Henry has SO many things that I am now adding to my wishlist. I cook and bake a lot and am really impressed with their products, you can tell that they are high quality and will last a lifetime if taken care of. I really like the Bread Loaf Baker, it would get a lot of use in my kitchen!
