Nutrisystem Women’s SUCCESS Select Program Week 4 Review
This week is a bit of a mystery to me. I did great with my Nutrisystem foods, drank my required water and exercised most days; yet felt sluggish and just not 100%. It could be partly do to PMS, part to the end of our summer vacation, part to stress, part to lack of sleep and part to my overactive Mommy anxiety of sending my oldest to kindergarten and my youngest to preschool.
