Nutrisystem Week 3 Review
This week, Nutrisystem has taught me to expect the unexpected. I found myself in a situation where I had to eat breakfast at a restaurant and needed to know how to choose healthy options. I put some of my new knowledge to the test- I asked for a veggie omelet with egg substitute and no butter. I requested to not have the included sides of pancakes, hash browns, or toast.
