Nature Pavilion north american wildlife toob review and giveaway
If you have little ones who are interested in animals, science or nature you have to check out Nature Pavilion. Their huge selection of animal and science related toys is really impressive. One of my favorite items is their raise an animal kits. They have kits for growing earthworms, tadpoles, ants ladybugs and more. Most any kid would enjoy watching an animal grow. They also have books, dissecting kits, pages and pages of stuffed animals of all sorts, and toy animal replicas. For review, I was sent Read more [...]
Tiecoon review and giveaway (2 winners!)
Ryan is a videographer and does computer repair. Both of these require him to dress up sometimes. He has four or five dressy outfits, but he sometimes feels like he wears them too often. To add a bit of variety, he likes to have a large assortment of neckties to mix things up. If you've ever shopped for ties, then you know they can get really expensive. However, if you just visit www.tiecoon.com, you can find much more affordable ties. 5 dollar ties? We can afford that even on our poor college kids Read more [...]
1000 followers, end of the holiday gift guide and blogher.
The gift guide has officially ended. I want to say an extra thank you to all companies who sponsored reviews or giveaways for my gift guide. It was only the second event that I had done, the first was way back in April. I was very happy with the outcome of this event where as the first one was a lot of work that didn't seem to pay off much. Due to the success of my gift guide I am considering doing more events in the future. Not sure on the specifics though.
A week or so ago I reached 1000 followers! Read more [...]

Tweeting rules
I just drew several winners and one persons name came up for two different giveaway, so they would have won twice. However, they weren't able to win because when I checked their tweet links they had deleted their tweets. I'm going to give the person the benefit of the doubt, and assume that they didn't realize they have to leave the tweet up.
If you delete your tweet, I can't see the tweet or confirm that the tweet was actually about my giveaway. Please leave tweets up at least until I draw winners Read more [...]

Holiday gift guide – B toys pop arty review
B toys is a company that makes eco-friendly toys that vary from the norm. The most noticeable difference at first glance is the use of colors. Most children's toys come in bright rainbow colors, or pastels. Not b toys. B toys include dark shades of purples, reds, greens, yellows. But b toys is unique in other ways too. They don't plow through everyday operations without thinking twice about the impact their company has on the environment. Instead, they use recycled plastic, cardboard, and even soy Read more [...]
Advice for shopping at csn stores.
I've worked with csn stores several times now and just never get tired of their store. It's nearly impossible to get tired of searching for the items you need. They really have just about anything you could possibly want. In my experiences with searching for review item son csn, I have decided that the best way to decide what to get is to make a list of what I'm looking for before I type in csnstores.com. If I just go and randomly browse around, I'll never be able to make a decision. So instead, Read more [...]
Reusies review and giveaway
I've been using reusable grocery bags for some time now. However, it wasn't until a few months ago that it occurred to me that I could easily quit using disposable sandwich bags and snack bags as well. This semester I have night classes, that run from 5 45 to 9 15 at night, which is horrible timing as far as eating goes. Most nights I try to eat before class starts, but it's just too early for me so I usually bag up a snack to throw in my purse to take with me. When I started looking up reusable Read more [...]
