Soccer gives washers & dryers a run for their money *75$ sears gift card giveaway*
I live in Michigan where if often is still snowing in March, when girls soccer begins and is rainy throughout the majority of the season, until May when summer weather comes around. So when kids here are in Soccer their clothing really goes through the work. Their uniforms take in snow, rain, tons of mud, and towards the end of the season, grass stains as well. So if you're a soccer mom you definitely need a durable washer! Especially if you live in my town where our school colors are green and white, Read more [...]
Holiday gift guide – rokenbok – rokblocks preschool building set review
Rokblocks are a great gift idea for the kid in your life around the 3-6 year old age range. During the preschool and early school years, blocks are a toy that can provide an almost endless amount of playtime. However, if you think about it, traditional blocks limit kids from building fully 3d pieces. You can only build a 3d building if the entire top layer has a stack of blocks underneath it to support it. So something like a bridge or an airplane would never support itself well enough to be made Read more [...]
Busy
I've been trying really hard to do at least two posts a day because I have so much left to post for the holiday gift guide and I want all the giveaways to be up by the 1st of December so that they can end by Dec 15th so prizes can get to the winners before Christmas. However, my college semester is winding down and I have a lot of big projects going on right now, I just remembered a paper that is due tomorrow, that I had forgotten about until about 10 minutes ago. Plus I have a 200 point paper/presentation Read more [...]
Tropical traditions oxygen bleach review & giveaway
I'm not a fan of traditional bleach. It's so strong and "chemically" smelling. So I try to avoid it. However, even for those of you who love bleach, it only works for your whites, so that leaves the question of what to do for your colored laundry. I was given the opportunity to work with tropical traditions in a review of their oxygen bleach and I have fallen in love. It's an extremely versatile product. Sure, you can use it on ALL of your laundry (even cloth diapers and mama cloth), but it also Read more [...]

Coobie bra review – the most comfortable bra I’ve ever tried on!
When I first went to the Coobie website I saw two claims being made about the bra. Including, the bra is one size fits all, between 32a and 36c. The bra is stretchy and comfortable. I didn't believe either of them. I was extremely skeptical. My thoughts were:
1)It looks like bras I wore when I was 10. There's no way it can be supportive enough to work as a bra for grown women.
2)There's no way it can truly fit sizes 32a to 36D, like it claims. No bra could do that.
3)If it does offer enough Read more [...]
Holiday gift guide – eat smart kitchen scale giveaway
Have a dieter or cook on your list? Instead of giving them edible treats, consider giving them a kitchen scale. Eat smart makes both kitchen and bathroom scales, and the bathroom scale of theirs that I own is great! It's super consistent, unlike the other digital bathroom scales that I had owned in the past. If I get on, get off and get back on, it always says the exact same weight. Plus, I don't have to tap the on button and then wait for my weight to show up. Instead I just step on and wait no Read more [...]
