You may remember my past love mode review. When I signed up for the fall fashionista event that starts this Friday, I knew love mode would be a great fit for the event because they are a great source of trendy juniors clothing for all seasons. I am really short so I still shop in the juniors clothing department because juniors clothing tends to fit me better. This time around I got the Teal Black Trim Dress. I typically wear a size 5 and ordered a small. The length is exactly where I hoped it would be on me, as I prefer to dress somewhat conservatively for my age. I am 5 foot tall so the dress is longer on me than it was on the model in the image. It’s a total of 28 inches long and is strapless. The back portion of the dress has an elasticity to it so that it hugs your body. I am small chested and found that it’s a bit big on me, as I have to tug to keep it up now and then but it’s definitely still wearable for me.
It’s not clingy or tight which makes it really comfortable to wear long term, and it’s long enough that I don’t worry too much about showing more than I want to. This is an adorable dress for a date night, a wedding, etc. The black strip of the dress makes it easy to pair with a black shrug and black shoes which is convenient for me becuase I don’t have a huge selection of dress clothes colors. The teal black trim dress retails for just 20.92 so it’s super affordable as well.
