For our review, my Mom and I were thrilled to receive California Earth Minerals TerraSilk Mineral Mask. I’ll admit that we had some issues with the thought of applying wet clay to our skin but, those concerns quickly went away. We followed the directions and made a mask that was the consistency of peanut butter and applied it to our face and throat. We waited the correct amount of time before gently washing the mask off.

Wow, did our skin feel refreshed. We immediately noticed that our faces were pinker. Not red as though the product burned our skin but just nicely pink as though the blood was closer to the surface of our skin. My skin felt smooth, soft, and alive. We couldn’t wait to do it again but the instructions said to only do it 2 or 3 times a week.
The second time my Mom tried it, she wasn’t quite as good about her water/powder ratio so the mask was a little watered down. She didn’t get nearly the same result as her first experience so it’s very important to get a peanut butter consistency with your mask.
Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. Your mom is very brave to let us see her in a mask, but it always makes me feel better about being able to SEE what it’s supposed to look like. Thanks for the tip on making sure it gets mixed right too, I’ve used some that were too thick before and it was hard to get it all off.

Emily! So glad you wrote this review. I am absolutely obsessed with clay facials, and I love California Earth Minerals clay especially. I always feel like my skin is pulsating in the best way, you described it perfectly! Like it’s saying “thanks, girl, you are glowing!” haha, anyway, I brush my teeth with the Terrasilk too, passing along a tip that I know it makes my teeth whiter, and it totally makes my breath smell good all day. 🙂
