Thank you to Signature Towels
for providing me with a product to review, free of charge,
and for sponsoring this giveaway.
These are my own honest opinions.
It can be difficult to find a unique gift for someone you love. There are too many obvious choices and not many ideas that will really stand out. Personalized gifts are a good way to show that you care and took the time to create something especially for someone.
Signature Towels is a Canadian company that has been creating unique customized towels and accessories for over 10 years. With spa wraps, bathrobes, hand towels, bath towels and bath sheets, fingertip towels, they have you covered! Oh, they also have workout towels, golf towels, and lounge chair covers. Their products are 100% cotton.
The towels come in 10 different colors. Some items, such as the spa wraps and the lounge chair covers only come in white. For each item, you have 2 customization options:
- You can choose the word or words you want embroidered. It could be a first name, a last name, a nickname, or a meaningful word of your choice. You choose the font (you have more than 20 options!) and thread color that you want (again, more than 20 colors to choose from) and voila, you have a beautiful personalized gift!
- You can choose a monogram (1 to 3 letters). It could be the first letter of the first or last name only or the first, last, and middle initials. You could also combine the initials of a couple. You have 4 monogram styles and you can choose from any of the 20+ thread colors for the embroidery.
As you can see, with some many options to choose from, you can definitely create the most unique and personalized gift!
For this review, I decided to create a bath towel for my daughter. I choose a deep purple with her name embroidered in silver thread. I chose the Jokerman font because it’s whimsical and unique.
The bath towel arrived very nicely packaged: when I opened the cardboard shipping box, there was a beautiful red box with a white ribbon. Did I mention you also get to choose the color of the ribbon? There was also a nice handwritten note which you can also personalize for an even more personal touch.
The towel is a nice size: 30 x 55 inches. The color is a rich purple. After a few washes, the color hasn’t faded and the towel is still soft.
The embroidery is very well done. There were no loose threads and they used enough thread that you don’t the towel through the embroidery. I’ve seen this on cheap embroidered towels and it’s definitely not something you want, especially when it’s a gift.
The only thing I would add would be a selection of organic cotton or organic hemp towels and robes. You know how much I love organic textiles! Other than that, I think Signature Towels offer many great gift options. They would be perfect for Mother’s Day, as a wedding gift, as a baby shower present, or for any other special occasions. One more perk: Signature Towels offers FREE shipping on all orders within the US and Canada.
Head over to Signature Towels to see for yourself all the personalized towels and accessories they offer. Don’t forget to like them on Facebook and on Twitter for all the latest news and promotions.
Signature Towels is generously offering one of our lucky readers a personalized bath towel of their choice (you choose the towel color, font and thread color). The giveaway is open to US and Canada. The giveaway will end May 24th. For your chance to win, enter the Giveaway Tools below. Good luck!
