When I had our daughter over nine years ago, I was in uncharted nursing territory. I didn’t know anyone who currently breastfed their child. The Rocky Road Nursing Chemise by Cake Lingerie is available in both long or short. It is made from a cotton modal material which makes it soft and comfortable and allows a slight give. The design of the Rocky Road Chemise also allows for the growth of a pregnant belly for those who are looking for a maternity chemise that can also double as a nursing one after the baby is born.
Cake Lingerie does a great job in the presentation of their product. My Rocky Road Chemise came packaged in a sleek box and topped with a bow. The initial impression, based on this presentation, was great. I like to see companies take time and effort which shows that they care.
For nursing purposes, Cake Lingerie has included the simple drop down cup style. The latch easily releases with a slight upward motion and is just as easy to refasten when I’m done nursing.
The Rocky Road Nursing Long Chemise also comes equipped with the ability to adjust the strap lengths. I have them adjusted as short as they can go for the most comfortable fit for me.
I am only about 5’1″ and the Rocky Road Nursing Chemise Long is pretty long on me. It’s slightly above my ankles but I really like the length.
While this is the first Nursing Chemise I have ever owned, my impression of the Cake Lingerie is wonderful. I have found The Rocky Road Chemise to be comfortable, practical, and cute.

I do love those pink adjustable straps. It’s so much nicer these days to have a choice with maternity wear and I’m sure it helps lift the mood of a nursing mother.
