I have a closet full of Lee Jeans. I just love the way they fit and look. When this opportunity came up for me to share Lee Jeans, I decided to let my mom do this review. The following are her words.

I love my jeans!   Jeans are what I naturally gravitate to whether I’m dressing for a relaxing day at home, planning a day with clients, running errands, or going out on a date with my husband.  Jeans can be dressed up/down.   They’re appropriate in all types of weather…and in Oregon, we can experience all types of weather within a 30-minute time span!

Lee Jeans has many different styles and colors to choose from.   The pair I received was from their Active Comfort Easy Fit line under their Platinum Label.   The style I chose was their Skinny Leg that “sits” just below the waist and the color is called Americana. I don’t know about you but I am so tired of trying to find jeans that actually cover the backside of my body when I sit or bend.   During my busy day, I’m lifting, bending, getting in and out of the car, putting For Sale signs in yards, crawling into attics, etc.  My jeans have to move with me…not against me.    When I wear jeans that do not go up to my waist, I find myself constantly pulling them up whether or not I’m wearing a belt.   This isn’t professional no matter how discreet I am.

My Platinum Label East Fit Skinny Leg jeans are a dream come true.  I put them on and they stay where I put them.  The fabric stretches with me but I’ve found that it doesn’t stretch so much that my jeans are falling off by the end of the day.   These jeans are soooo comfortable and the slimming fabric is very forgiving and complimentary.

If there was one thing I would change about these jeans, it is the length.  The jeans I received are a medium length and I’m 5’9”.   The inseam is a bit shorter than I like when I’m wearing certain types of shoes.   I’ve solved the problem by rolling them up to make a cuff and/or paring them with booties or full length boots.

I am so thrilled with the way these “just below the waist” jeans fit that I’m considering donating all of my “low riders” and only purchasing Lee Platinum Label Easy Fit jeans.

I (Laurie) was also able to select two pairs of jeans and a belt for my husband. These will be Christmas gifts for him. I chose the Crim Center Stitch Reversible Belt, New Premium Select Relaxed fit, straight leg jeans in Calypso and the Premium Select Regular fit, straight leg, in Summit. The Crim center Stitch Belt is a nice chocolate shade on one side and black on the other. The silver belt buckle has a classic simple look to it. It is easy to reverse depending on which side of the belt you wish to show. Both pairs of jeans are made with soft and strong denim. The relaxed and regular fit will be nice for my husband to wear with boots or tennis shoes. I look forward to hearing my husband’s thoughts about his first pairs of Lee Jeans. I hope he likes them as much as my mom and I do.
