I really enjoy cooking big meals for my family almost every day of the week.  However, there are days where time is of the essence and I need some help.  Thankfully, I have found a line of products that are not only simple to make, but delicious too.  Krusteaz has a nice variety of products and they agreed to send me some for this review.  I also really like that they offer a variety of gluten free product options since so many people seem to have issues with gluten.

We started out by having a great big breakfast with Krusteaz Gluten Free Buttermilk Pancakes, Krusteaz Gluten Free Blueberry Muffins, and scrambled eggs.  I was amazed at how easily and quickly I was able to pull breakfast together.  The muffin and pancake mixes only needed a few simple ingredients each and they were ready to go.  I started with the muffins and put them in the oven while I made the pancakes on the griddle.  I loved that I was serving up a hot yummy breakfast in no time.  Our picky 4 year old who doesn’t care for much of anything even loved the pancakes and ate three!  Everyone really enjoyed both the muffins and pancakes.  I couldn’t even taste that they were gluten free!  Definitely an award winning breakfast in our home.

Krusteaz also has a line of Flat Bread Mixes.  So I decided to make Chicken Flat Bread Pizza.  Again, the package of Krusteaz included the mix and yeast and I only had to add the liquid.  Very simple.  After mixing on the crust, I baked for a few minutes and then topped with salsa, chicken, and cheese and then finished baking for another 10 minutes.  The results tasted like something from a restaurant.

I love how easy Krusteaz makes things.  By adding a few simple ingredients, I am able to provide meals that are crowd pleasers.  I will definitely be looking for Krusteaz the next time I go grocery shopping!
