We received the Cars Safe Start Electric Scooter. The kids were extremely excited when they spied the box and couldn’t wait to open it. Since I wasn’t sure what the assembly would all entail, I waited for my husband to do the honors. (Afterwards, I realized that the simple steps only took a few minutes and the kids and I could have gotten the scooter ready ourselves.) While it was hard for the kids, we headed to bed while our Safe Start Electric Scooter has its initial 12 hour charge.
The next day, our 4 year old son was really excited to test the Safe Start Scooter out so I grabbed my camera because I wanted to catch his first ride on video. (Unfortunately, we forgot his helmet! However, every since, we have been diligent that the boys use a safety helmet when riding. – Safety First!)
As you can see, he had absolutely no trouble figuring the scooter out! While the house is a little cramped for this use, it is definitely doable which is perfect for our long Minnesota Winters.
We also took our Scooter to the great outdoors for some play. Our younger son, who will be 3 in June really likes this scooter and is always scooting around on it. While it was easy for him to figure out the push button start, he will sometimes forget to turn so he gets off and turns the whole scooter by hand. Check out his riding ability below.
Overall, this is a really great Scooter for the young crowd and even my husband, who can be tuff to please, thinks it’s pretty neat. The two older kids are bummed that they are just over the weight limit and can’t ride but our younger boys absolutely adore this fun toy.

I’m a city girl turned country by my awesome husband and we have three busy boys and two darling daughters. I love spending time with my family, reading Karen Kingsbury novels, and catching up with friends while our kiddos have play dates. I’m blessed beyond measure and can’t wait to see what God has in store.
