I used to love burning candles. For years after my husband and I first got married, I’d stock up and have them lit with fragrances drifting through the air often. That is, until I learned how bad most candles are. They can put toxins in the air, so instead of creating a better environment, I was making things worse. Then, a friend of mine had some candles that gave off a dark smoke and slowly tinted her ceiling a greyish/black color. So I stopped lighting candles but still longed for the crisp clean scents. I know there are plug-in fragrances and other ways but ever since trying to change our home over to chemical-free, I just couldn’t bring myself to use those. So I turned to Essential Oils. I’ve found that diffusing them into the air is the perfect way to bring about pleasing aromas that are safe and healthy.
The OxyLED Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier & Aroma Diffuser is a great option for diffusing my oils into the air while also putting humidity out as well. This can be especially important during these dry Winters, especially here in Minnesota. Upon un-boxing, I just had to plug the AC adapter into the bottom of the diffuser and wall. The unit is labeled really well which makes adding the correct amount of water easy. After placing the cover back on, I clicked the mist button and light button and immediately the unit began working.

I love the colors as they continually change, however, by clicking the light button again, one specific color can be set or the light can be turned off completely. Overall, this is a great looking unit. It’s not the smallest but the design is beautiful and it blends well into any decor.

I’m looking for a little smaller diffuser since I have a small apartment. This is a good price though and comparable to the smaller ones. The colored lights are so pretty on this model.

We can not use most of the candles or other plug-ins , it makes my husband asthma worsen . So EOils is the only alternative for us. I love those diffusers – many functional and nice looking. I should check them out.

This looks interesting. I dont know if I would put it in a bathroom besides the aroma though. It is dry here, I would try it in thee bedroom or living room. I really like the colors for this too . I think it is pretty.

Oh this is just what we need. My husband loves candles but I don’t always like that. This would be good for both of us. I like the humidifier part the best for dry winter days.

When i purchased my oils in a kit i received a Diffuser and i love it!
I love diffusing essential oils. Don’t like candles anymore and plugins give me headaches.
