I don’t think I’ve ever met someone who doesn’t enjoy playing with a remote controlled vehicle. Boys, girls, men, women – doesn’t matter. They are definitely fun for all ages. I love the variety of styles and options available these days but our family has had a hard time finding one of good quality over the past few years. We’ve purchased several, only to have to return because they just didn’t work the way they should, or even at all. Yet, we have not given up our search. So when HisGadget sent me information about their NextX S911 1/12 2WD Truck, the whole family was excited to give it a try.

The NextX S911 1/12 2WD 40km/h High Speed Remote Control Off Road Cars shipped from Amazon and arrived quickly to our doorstep.
Features Include:
~Powerful 390 Motor That Allows 35+ MPH Speed!
~Easy To Maneuver Steering
~Controls Allow Forward, Reverse, & Turning Options
~Low Battery Warning
~Durable Construction
~2 Piece 800mAh Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery Pack
~Safety Mechanisms For Low battery Voltage, Over-Discharge Protection, & To Prevent Overheating
~Fun Monster Truck Design
~Approximately 10 Minute Drive Time

When we first opened the truck, we were a little confused as to where to find the battery pack. The directions stated on the bottom of the car, when in reality, they are under the truck but on the top of the base. The four pins on top do easily release and allow access to the battery panel, though, and we were able to put the charged pack in. The red light indicated we had power and we were ready to go.

LIKES: Overall, this truck is really fun. It’s fairly easy to drive and definitely fast! I really like that they include an extra battery pack so we can play while the second is recharging.

DISLIKES: If I had to complain about something, I’d say that I wish the battery area was on the bottom of the base so we didn’t have to take the truck top off to access. It’s an extra step to take to power on and off for play each time as well. I would also love to see a bigger battery as the 10 minute drive time goes fast.

Overall, this is a great toy. The kids love it, my husband loves it, and I’m having a blast too.

I’m a city girl turned country by my awesome husband and we have three busy boys and two darling daughters. I love spending time with my family, reading Karen Kingsbury novels, and catching up with friends while our kiddos have play dates. I’m blessed beyond measure and can’t wait to see what God has in store.

This remote controlled truck looks like a blast! My son (3) especially loves these! He has a truck similar to this one, it’s really rugged and can be driven outside. He also has a little corvette that he loves as well. 🙂 I like to buy the rechargeable batteries for all of my kids toys, and just charge them up over night when needed!

We seemed to just get girly toys but my cousins may have played with remote controlled toys. It definitely helps with fine motor skills plus it’s just fun!

I’ve never played with a remote control toy. My brother would have a blast with this.
