My daughters and I don’t eat enough protein. We naturally gravitate towards carbs…both healthy and not so healthy. In a quest to add more protein into our diets, I did an internet search for kids protein snacks. One thing leads to another, and then another, and finally, I stumbled upon Munk Pack.

Munk Pack offers customers a line of Protein Cookies and Oatmeal Fruit Squeezes. For our review, Munk Pack sent us an assortment of their products.

Protein Cookies are packed with wholesome goodness! They have 18 grams of plant protein and 6 grams of fiber. Munk Pack’s Protein Cookies are FREE of soy, egg, dairy, HFCS, Trans Fats, FOS, INULIN, sugar alcohols, and Gluten.

Protein Cookies come in four flavors- Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Double Dark Chocolate, Coconut White Chip Macadamia, and Oatmeal Rasin Spice. The Double Dark Chocolate and Oatmeal Rasin Spice were our family favorites. The flavors along with the chewy textures were just perfect.

Oatmeal Fruit Squeezes have the goodness of overnight oats without the prep time and dirty dishes. Munk Pack’s Oatmeal Fruit Squeezes are an easy way to enjoy fruit and whole grain oats, at all hours of the day. They are completely portable in BPA-FREE pouches. Oatmeal Fruit Squeezes are Gluten-Free, soy free, dairy free.

Oatmeal Fruit Squeezes come in five flavors- Apple Quinoa Cinnamon, Blueberry Acai Flax, Maple Pear Quinoa, Peach Chai Vanilla, and Raspberry Coconut. The girls favored the Peach Chai Vanilla and Blueberry Acai Flax squeezes. Most of the time, the girls at the Oatmeal Squeezes in the car on the way to the bus stop. It was a quick nutritious breakfast.
