As someone who knows what real biltong tastes like, this is a sad, sad substitute. This tastes more along the lines of sweat encrusted harness-leather with subtle undertones of hoof polish and soap. You should research authentic recipes.
We love jerky so we would like to try these out. I love all the flavors.
