I received product to facilitate this ‘Finis – Gifts For The Swimmers In Your Life’ post.  As always, all opinions are my own.

Our family LOVES water!  From the time our kids are small, we have them in pools and lakes as we want them to be comfortable in water.  They’ve all taken swim lessons as well.  So while they may not be olympic swimmers, swimming is something enjoyed by us all.  If you have any water lovers or swimmers in your family, be sure to check out Finis Inc. for some great gift ideas.

Finis – Gifts For The Swimmers In Your Life

Finis Floating Island

Floating Island

The Finis Floating Island is a wonderful tool that provides a safe and fun learning environment for younger children. The EVA foam floats in water, allowing children to comfortably lie on top of it. Geared for ages 6 months through 10 years, the holes are designed to allow water to seep through, so children can build swimming confidence. This Floating Island can be used as a learn-to-swim tool for swim classes, for poolside play, or open water fun.

FInis Foam Kickboard

Finis Foam Kickboard

Help kids gain the confidence they deserve with the help of the Finis Foam Kickboard.  Using this Foam Kickboard immobilizes arms, in an effort to help build leg strength. Made of an EVA foam material, it will not chafe or irritate the skin which means kids will want to use.  It’s available in two size options: Sr. and Jr.  The Jr. size is designed to decrease stress on the shoulders and is ideal for youth and smaller swimmers.

Finis Edge Fins

Edge Fins

It may be winter but that doesn’t mean we should slack on muscle building or exercise which is why the Finis Edge Fins makes a great gift. The Edge fins are designed to improve technique while also giving your legs a real workout. It takes power to push these fins through the water, which results in building strength and endurance. These fins feature side rails that activate your hips and quadriceps – enforcing a proper kick. This specific motion is great for glutes and hamstring development.

Finis Circuit 2 Goggle

Circuit 2 Goggles

The Circuit 2 Goggles from Finis are a versatile fitness and competitive goggle that’s been designed with an arched, rotating nosepiece and silicone eye gaskets for maximum comfort. You can wear during training and competition without worry of discomfort as the adjustable silicone strap distributes pressure evenly around the head.  The mirrored, curved lenses offer ultimate peripheral vision and reduce distortion.  These will quickly become your favorite goggles!

So tell me, how often does your family like to swim?

Recently we have joined a health club with an indoor pool! This is so special to us, as 2 of us here have arthritis, and swimming is the only really good excercise that doesn’t hurt. In facet, it helps, because the water takes the weight off the joints. I’m in the market now for really good goggles, because I have chronic eye problems. Gotta check this company out, couldn’t have come at a better time, thanks!

So many fun things for swimming! We love the water here. My oldest hates putting his head underwater though. I bet some fun water things like the fins, goggles and mat would really help! Thanks for sharing them <3

We are big into swimming at our house too. We finally were able to buy a house with a pool and the kids were in it almost daily from May to October. Its such good exercise and it wears them out! I love the floating island. My toddler would love being able to sit up there and take a break or play with his boats.

Foam kick boards are the way my grandkids learned to swim and feel comfortable in the water. Always lived wearing their goggles too.
