Last Christmas I got my husband a MAG-TAC LED RECHARGEABLE FLASHLIGHT SYSTEM to keep in his work truck. A few weeks ago, while leaving for work at 2:30 in the morning, a head-on collision happened on the highway just above our driveway. My husband was one of the first on the scene. He grabbed his Maglite and used it to check on the people in the two wrecked vehicles (both drivers were OK) and then help direct traffic. All of this took place about a quarter of a mile from our home. The sound of the crash had me running out the front door. Thankfully, there wasn’t much traffic at 2:30 in the morning. I could hear my husband talking and was able to see him in the glow of his Maglite. I am so thankful he had that flashlight in his truck. I decided that day, that I was going to make sure we had Maglite flashlights in all of our vehicles.
I went to Maglite.com and got another MAG-TAC LED RECHARGEABLE FLASHLIGHT SYSTEM, an ML25LT LED 3-CELL C FLASHLIGHT, a CITY LIFE KIT SX45017, and an ML150LR(X) Rechargeable LED Maglite Flashlight.
MAG-TAC LED rechargeable flashlight has 671 lumens with a run time of 1 hour on high and 18 hours on low. It comes with a USB-powered mountable charging base that can be powered by a 12V adapter (included), 120V converter (included), or another charging source that complies with a USB 2.0 Standard. The MAG-TAC LED rechargeable flashlight has four light functions: momentary, full power, power-saving, and strobe. It is both drop-resistant and water-resistant.
ML25LT LED Flashlight is a loved classic! It has 173 lumens with a run time of 18 hours. It is both drop-resistant and water-resistant. The ML25LT LED Flashlight runs on 3 C Cell Alkaline batteries (not included.) It is available in five colors.
City Life Kit includes a Mini Maglite Pro LED pocket flashlight and a Solitaire LED key chain flashlight. The Mini Maglite Pro has a beam distance of 188 yards. Its compact size means it can fit in a pocket or purse. The Solitaire flashlight has a beam throw of 50 yards and can fit on your keychain. The City Life Kit is available in nine different colors.
ML150LR(X) Rechargeable LED Maglite Flashlight has 1082 lumens with a beam throw of 500 yards, and it will run at that level for more than 3 hours. In eco-mode, the ML150LR(X) can operate for up to 79 hours. When it’s time to charge, the ML150LR(X) will recharge to 80% in a half hour. With all of that, you would think that the ML150LR(X) would have to be a large flashlight, but it’s not. If fact it weighs under one pound. The ML150LR(X) has been given a 5-star rating by the National Tactical Officers Association.
I strongly suggest having a Maglite flashlight in your vehicle. They make great gifts too!

The Roadside Safety Bundle is my favorite. It would be great to keep in your vehicle. I like that their flashlights hold up in extreme conditions and that their light lasts a long time. Everyone could use a good flashlight around the house or in their cars.
