Did you go see Jesus Revolution in the theaters?  You can watch on digital NOW and on BLU-RAY/DVD starting 4/25!

I was so excited when our church booked out a local theater a couple weeks ago for anyone in the community to come see Jesus Revolution and then the church also bought you pop and popcorn!  They had a great turnout and it was such a fun evening for the entire family.

JESUS REVOLUTION – On Digital, DVD, & Blu-Ray This Month!

If you haven’t yet heard about this movie, Jesus Revolution is a powerful film based on a true story!  It’s all about Jesus’ radical love for His children and the impact His love has on us in our daily lives!  So whether you are new to hearing about this film, missed the movie theater date, or just want to watch the film today from the comfort of your own home, it’s now available on digital and coming to DVD and Blu-Ray soon.

Jesus Revolution

Movie Synopsis

In the 1970s, young Greg Laurie (Joel Courtney) is searching for all the right things in all the wrong places: until he meets Lonnie Frisbee (Jonathan Roumie), a charismatic hippie-street-preacher. Together with Pastor Chuck Smith (Kelsey Grammer), they open the doors of Smith’s languishing church to an unexpected revival of radical and newfound love, leading to what TIME Magazine dubbed a JESUS REVOLUTION.

What The Trailer

Live It Out

No matter what forces tried to stop the Jesus Revolution, nothing could deter it.  This scene with the pastor washing feet was absolutely beautiful and also hilarious (in context which you’ll understand when you watch the movie.). The entire theater burst out in laughter at the wit used to overcome obstacles.

How do you plan to live out the themes of JESUS REVOLUTION in your community this week?

baptism

Did you know it’s biblical to choose baptism as an adult?  Acts 2:38. And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”
