Join Little Adventures “Courage Wears a Crown” Fundraiser Event 💛 (In Person AND Virtual Options Available For Participants!)
I have been a huge fan of Little Adventures Dress Ups for YEARS. Their costumes have played such a meaningful role in my children’s lives. From everyday imaginative play to special moments (like Disney trips!) that felt truly magical. And while I’ve had the opportunity to work with them professionally, I’m also a paying customer who keeps coming back. Their quality, comfort, and durability truly stand out.
But today, I’m sharing something even more important.
Little Adventures is hosting a very special fundraiser event called “Courage Wears a Crown” in support of Alex Rowan, the 22-year-old daughter of one of their designers, Sharon Rowan. Alex has been bravely fighting a serious and progressive brain tumor, and now it’s our turn to show up for her.
An Event That Brings Community Together – Courage Wears A Crown
This meaningful event will take place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, in Cedar Hills, Utah. But the beautiful part is that you don’t have to live nearby to participate. They’ve also created a virtual 1K and 5K option, so supporters from anywhere can join in and make a difference.
This isn’t just a race. It’s a way to surround Alex and her family with love, strength, and encouragement during an incredibly difficult time. Every single registration and donation goes directly toward helping with medical expenses and easing the burden she and her family are facing.
Courage Wears A Crown Event Details (In-Person)
📅 Date: Saturday, May 16, 2026
📍 Location: Heritage Park | 4425 W Cedar Hills Dr. Cedar Hills, UT
⏰ Schedule:
- Registration begins at 8:15 AM
- 5K Run starts at 9:00 AM
- 1K Walk starts at 9:15 AM
What to Expect:
This will be a morning full of connection, compassion, and fun for the whole family. Activities include:
- Live DJ
- Princess Meet + Greet
- Brand Giveaways
- Local Vendors
- Free Pancake Breakfast + Crown
Attendees are encouraged to come dressed in their best princess or hero outfits, making it a magical and uplifting experience for everyone involved.

If you’re not local to Utah, you can still be part of this incredible cause by signing up for the virtual 1K or 5K. Whether you walk, run, or cheer from afar, your support matters more than you know. Alex’s strength and resilience are truly inspiring, and this event is a tangible way for all of us to show that she is not alone.
