It’s no secret that girls love jewelry. What’s even better than a piece of jewelry is a unique piece of jewelry that is one of a kind.  This is where Jewelry By Kat can help.  Kat has been creating jewelry for friends and family for years.  Since retiring from her job as a bank teller, Kat has expanded her jewelry business by opening a shop for all to enjoy her beautiful pieces.  The jewelry is all hand made in the USA and no two pieces are identical.  Kat specially chooses all of her materials to create beautiful pieces that are both affordable and unique.  Bracelets are Kat’s passion and she uses a combination of techniques and pieces to create her Cha Cha Bracelets.  Kat is adventurous and loves to go kayaking during the daytime and create jewelry masterpieces at night.

Kat carries a variety of necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and little girl jewelry.  As I mentioned, there is only one of each kind so if something catches your eye, don’t wait too long.  While I was browsing through all Kat’s listed selection, I fell in love with multiple pieces.  She does a great job of having a wide variety so there is sure to be something for everyone.  I was sent a beautiful array of Kat’s work.  Every piece I received is just gorgeous.  The pictures do not even show you the full extent at how nice this jewelry is.

The two necklaces I received are so pretty in person.  They grey one has silver accents and a silver clasp.  There is a little “bling” that attaches the circle pendant to the necklace to add some extra pop.  I have never owned necklaces that had this kind of clasp before and I’ve found that it’s really handy.  I struggle to get necklaces on myself but this closure made it very easy.  The green necklace has greens, browns, blacks, and closes with a gold accent piece.  If you can’t tell, the large green pendant is actually a shell.  Kat used a beautiful assortment to create this necklace.  The clip is found in the children’s section but could definitely be used for an adult as well.  It’s about 2 1/2 inches long and really sparkles.  The beads are a blue/green color that would look great with many outfits.

The bracelets are just as nice.  I had chosen the all pink shimmery bracelet for myself, but as you can see, my 8 year old daughter loves it too.  So we have taken turns wearing it.  The little girls bracelet is multiple colored little “rock” like beads.  They are smooth to the touch but the shape really adds a lot of charm to the bracelet and the heart has a pink bead on it.  I can get it on my 8 year old but it’s tight so it’s definitely made for a smaller girl.  This would be adorable on a 2 or 3 year old.

If you are looking for a special unique piece of jewelry, look no further.  Kat does a great job and you can see that she takes pride in her work.   You can also read up more about Kat on her blog.  Be sure to connect with Jewelry by Kat on Facebook and Twitter.  Kat is giving one lucky Emily Reviews reader a $50 Gift Certificate.  Just enter below in the Giveaway Tools.  Giveaway is open to the US and will end on June 4th, 2013.
