These are my own honest opinions.

I have very sensitive and dry lips, which means I naturally gravitate towards moist gloss rather than lipstick. Most lipsticks tend to make my lips even more dry and they only make my chapped lips look worse. I knew there were better quality products out there that would actually moisturize my skin instead of drying which is why I was excited about Mary Kay‘s True Dimensions Lipstick.

There are no fewer than 20 shades of True Dimensions Lipstick! And if you’re a bit more adventurous, you can even create you own color by blending 2 together so the possibilities are almost endless. You can use it alone of combine it with Mary Kay’s Lip Liner for an extra long wear time. You can pair it with the NouriShine Plus Lip Gloss to either create a shimmery look or a matte look (non-shimmer gloss). If feathering (when lipstick bleeds into fine lines around the mouth) is a problem for you, I’d suggest the
TimeWise® Age-Fighting Lip Primer.

I received 3 shades to try out: Natural Beauté, Pink Chérie, Rosette. I am no makeup artist but I like how easy it is to create different looks with these different shades.

Natural Beauté is actually as close as can be to my natural lip color. It’s my go-to lipstick when I want a very natural, more subdued look but I still want a little bit of sheen to accent my lips. This is the lipstick I apply before heading out the door on a busy day to run errands.

Pink Chérie is my favorite summer shade. It’s a light pink, super girly color. I love this shade for a fun and flirty look. It’s great for a day of shopping with girlfriends or when meeting friends at a café, etc. It’s a shade that goes well with a natural sunkissed makeup look, perfect for the summer!

The last shade I received is Rosette. This is a rich darker color which I absolutely love. It creates full, plump lips and it looks amazing with a smokey eye look. This is the color I prefer for a night out or when I want a bolder look.

I love how easy it is to apply and to create different looks with the different colors of True Dimensions lipstick. I like it because it is lightweight yet is provides good coverage and lasts a long time. It’s also amazing for my dry sensitive lips. Thanks to the vitamin E, sunflower seed oil, jojoba and mango butter, it provides much needed moisture and doesn’t irritate my skin. It’s also fragrance free. If my lips are extra dry, I simply use a bit of lip balm prior to applying it to get a smooth creamy texture and to lock it the moisture.
