Before we know it, the holidays will be here. I have a hard time thinking that because Summer went by way too fast and has really just ended. However, our Minnesota weather has already started turning cool. While I’m definitely not ready to see the snow fly yet, we’ve been known to have snowstorms as early as October which puts everyone in our family in the Christmas spirit early. I am hoping for a slight warm up and easy Fall but time will tell. For those who are already searching for those special unique Christmas gifts, I came across Operation ResCUTE, Inc. and wanted to share a bit more about them with you.
Operation ResCUTE is a non-profit organization on the mission to educate and encourage adoptions of shelter dogs who are in need of their forever loving homes. With only about 30% of pets being adopted from shelters or rescue organizations, there are many left behind alone. There is estimated to be about 2.7 Million healthy pets living and waiting in shelters each year, hoping for their permanent home. With that in mind, 100% of the authors profits are donated to the cause of helping rescue animals get adopted.
Jingles is a real dog with a true story to tell. From the streets of New York City to his forever home, this first set in the ResCUTE series will share more about Jingles, a rescue dog, with you. Included with this Gift Set is: The Book, A Jingles Stuffed Dog, and An Operation ResCUTE Sticker.

I’m a city girl turned country by my awesome husband and we have three busy boys and two darling daughters. I love spending time with my family, reading Karen Kingsbury novels, and catching up with friends while our kiddos have play dates. I’m blessed beyond measure and can’t wait to see what God has in store.
