When I was a kid, my aunt had this cartoon version of The Three Stooges.  It was my first introduction to these three goofy guys.  And to this day, I still remember several bits and pieces from that video.  (Yes, this was back in the VCR tape days…)  It was a mixture of cartoon and real-life action and I absolutely LOVED it!  So when I saw that Mill Creek Entertainment released The Three Stooges disc set in time for the holidays, I was super excited as I knew it would be a huge hit with my dad.  Because if we’re all a little honest, everyone could use a good laugh, right!?!  The old saying goes “laughter is the best medicine” and studies have shown that there’s truth to that.

    You can still catch hese guys on certain channels. For us it is METV I think and also late night on AMC. I think this is just plain good fun to watch them. They were so funny, hey didnt need anything suggestive, nothing but the predicaments they got themselves into. Looks like an excellent collection.

    I am OLD so I grew up watching the 3 stooges! We loved them and have to admit that we did try some of the things they did on each other. Would todays parents/kids like this?
