I received a DVD trio from Mill Creek Entertainment in exchange for this post. All opinions are my own.

We don’t have regular television in our home. (Nor Netflix, streaming, or any other type of “typical tv”. I don’t even know what most of the options are these days…) NOTE: You can actually view Mill Creek Entertainment’s media on streaming if you have it though! So for the more tech savvy and up-to-date families, that’s a great option that they offer.

Instead, we just have a single television along with our dvd/blu-ray player. So for tv time or movie night, we turn to Mill Creek Entertainment’s vast selection for help. They have so many choices from older television shows and movies to documentaries, cartoons, more current shows, and more. They truly have something for everyone, whether you have cable or not. So today, I want to share a couple of their brand new releases with you. But don’t forget to visit the Mill Creek Entertainment website to check out all their options.

America’s Treasures: A 12-Part Documentary Series
Whether an avid traveler or just a traveler by heart, the America’s Treasures: A 12-Part Documentary Series is a great way to take an exciting journey across America right from your own living room. Go coast to coast to visit some well known monuments such as the Statue Of Liberty as well as some lesser known treasures such as the Bandelier National Monument in New Mexico. This is a two disc series with over five hours of entertainment sharing national monuments and parks that pay tribute to our great country, its beauty, and history.

Horseland: The Complete Series
Back when we had television over a decade ago, our oldest daughter’s favorite Saturday morning cartoon was Horseland. So when I saw it was one of Mill Creek Entertainment’s new releases, I couldn’t wait to see it in person again. Get ready to saddle up for adventures in friendship and fun as four friends and their talking horses learn about being a kid. Watch as they come together to practice, compete, play, and learn from one another. Even through difficulties, they show it’s best to put honesty, integrity, and self-confidence at the forefront of all situations. Get ready for over 13 hours of Horseland fun!

The Durango Kid Collection: 10 Western Classics
The perfect collection for western fans everywhere, The Durango Kid Collection features 10 Western Classics. With the ultimate western hero front and center, Charles Starrett was holding the record at his retirement in 1952 for most feature films with the count coming in at 131! Most were as the popular cowboy character, The Durango Kid. Playing a masked vigilante who fought for justice and thwarted the evil plans of claimjumpers, looters, and landgrabbers, he was there to help protect the range. This great release allows you to enjoy ten classics featuring THE DURANGO KID series while seeing one of the greatest legends of the Wild West! Over 9 hours of fun wrapped into this black and white bundle!

I’m a city girl turned country by my awesome husband and we have three busy boys and two darling daughters. I love spending time with my family, reading Karen Kingsbury novels, and catching up with friends while our kiddos have play dates. I’m blessed beyond measure and can’t wait to see what God has in store.
