Thank you to Stamina for providing me with products to facilitate my blog review. All opinions are 100% my own. Even though our family has always tried to live balanced lives, this has been an exceptionally high priority during the past year. Living a balanced life not only includes eating properly but also making sure we have some time that isn’t spent working on our “to do” list (which always seems to be full). It also means spending time working on our mental and physical health. We Read more [...]

This 'How To Keep Kids Calm While Traveling' post is sponsored by ternPaks.  As always, all opinions are my own. Holidays and travel go hand in hand for many families.  While all of my relatives live in about a 30 mile radius, we have actually contemplated moving in the past.  Thankfully the circumstances that had us considering this became moot for the time being and that discussion has been placed on the back burner.  However, I know it's a reality for many.  So whether Read more [...]

Thank you to Swonder Direct for providing me with products to facilitate my blog review. All opinions are 100% my own. Our family of four loves to get together and play outdoors whenever possible. One of our favorite things to do is to go camping. Usually, when we camp, we are around a body of water, either a lake or a calm river. We've spent past years floating on tubes and/or rafts and have had great fun doing it. This year, we wanted to knock it up a notch and try paddle boarding. That brought Read more [...]

You put a lot of love into cooking your holiday meals, so why settle for pre-ground spices from the supermarket that don’t live up to their full flavor potential? Gift yourself or someone you know a FinaMill, the award-winning, battery-operated, spice mill that has reinvented spice grinding. FinaMill uses interchangeable and refillable pods for each spice. No more cranking and wrist twisting. Instead, with the push of a button, you have freshly ground spices and dried herbs right at your Read more [...]

Thanks to Wentworth Puzzles for sending me these beautiful products. As always, all opinions are my own. Over the past year, our family has really started enjoying puzzles. While our four cats can make it somewhat difficult to work on large puzzles over long periods of time, we really enjoy smaller puzzles (up to 300 pieces) that we can complete together in one sitting. Recently I heard about Wentworth Puzzles, a UK company that creates gorgeous, sustainable puzzles for children and adults. We Read more [...]

Thank you to Adagio Tea for providing me with products to facilitate my blog review. All opinions are 100% my own. My oldest daughter, Savannah, loves hot tea! She has been drinking it for the last few years. Her favorite teas come from Adagio Tea.  When I was asked to try some of the new seasonal teas from Adagio Tea, I jumped at the opportunity knowing Savannah would love to help me with this review.  For our review, we received a generous assortment of tea including bonfire, Read more [...]

This 'GoSports 2 Person Premium Snow Sled' feature is sponsored by GoSports.  As always, all opinions are my own. If you live in a state that gets snow, sledding is probably pretty popular.  Here in Minnesota, our kids are always excitedly awaiting that first big snow so they can head out and play.  While we don't have any great hills here on the farm, we do have some nearby.  So in a short five minutes, we can be sledding to our hearts content.  This year, check out the Read more [...]

Thanks to Yellow Scope for sending me this kit. As always, all opinions are my own. We are homeschooling our kids this year (it's our third year for our daughter and first year for our son) and I've been having so much fun finding science experiments and projects for them to do. I recently learned about Yellow Scope, a company that creates science kits that are engaging and interactive, so we had to try one out!  Yellow Scope: DNA & Traits - From Codes to Creatures We chose the Read more [...]
