My two year old daughter loves to watch cartoons. I am wary about what sorts of shows I let her watch, and for how long. We get PBS where we live and the only cartoons we allow her to watch on TV come from PBS. Yesterday, was the hottest day of the year, here in Oregon. By 9:00 am it was already 76°. In the afternoon, the temperature soared to 93°. It was hot and it made for a great day to play in our backyard swimming pool.
