We have two cats that we have adopted from the Humane Society over the past couple years, and we love them dearly. While we have plenty of furniture for them to climb on, none of our couches or beds are very tall. When we recently built our daughter a loft bed, our cats were in heaven sitting up on that high perch. Plus, we’ve had a few issues with our cats scratching on our box springs and the corner of our couch. We’ve purchased those cardboard scratching boxes in the past but they’re so messy when they get shredded! I decided it was time to get a cat tree so they would have their own structure to climb on, as well as some scratching posts. Armarkat was my top choice because they have such high quality cat trees, and I was so excited when they agreed to partner with me for this post.
Armarkat offers a huge variety of Classic Cat Trees and Premium Cat Trees depending on your needs. Since we have two cats, I was looking for a cat tree with two shelters because they both love hiding in little boxes. The A7401 Model stuck out to me for a few reasons. First, it has those two shelters that I was looking for. And since one of our cats is fairly large while the other is small for his age, the different sizes are a perfect fit for us.
This cat tree is fairly tall which is exactly what I was hoping for. Sometimes our furry friends need a break from our over-excited kids and this gives them the highest perch to escape for a few minutes. With multiple platforms to climb, the cats have been spending a lot of time exploring their new toy.
This particular model, the A7401, is made with faux fur and is beige in color. Armarkat does offer a large variety of color options in their cat trees as well, so if beige isn’t your color, there are many lighter or darker options available.
Our younger and more playful cat, Mittens, loves the little pom poms that hang down, and they’ve been helping him get a lot of energy out since we put up our cat tree. In addition, this tree offers TEN scratch posts! This is probably my favorite feature because we no longer have cats scratching up our furniture. Plus, these posts don’t fall apart like other scratching products.
The final feature I want to point out are the two ladders. I think these are a great feature for cats who aren’t so nimble (like our older cat, Teddy) or who are aging. Having those ladders is a huge benefit that will only increase as our cats get older.
As you can see, Mittens and Teddy are loving their new cat tree from Armarkat. I’m sure they will use it for years to come and I’m so thankful to have a place they can utilize for their various needs!

I have 3 cats who absolutely love to climb and scratch Everything! I had a large cat tree for them that ended up being poorly made and it didn’t last long. I hear so many good things about Armarkat and I know my 3 kitties would love a new tree to play and lounge on.

OH my goodness my rescue kitties would so love this. Cats are happier when they can get up high and its is very import to have something like this with rescues since they feel very insecure when in a new space. Of course they are a bit costly when you already spend a fortune on cat food and litter. Thanks for giving someone the chance to win this and I will be crossing fingers and toes LOL.

We actually have one Armarkat Cat Tree but have been wanting to get a larger one…the one they gave you to review, as we have added another kitty and 2 bunnies to the family. ???
The Armarkat tree we have now is in front of the window in the upstairs living room, and ALL of our Fur Babies like to climb up on it and look out the window, sunbathe, etc. (Of course, the Min Pin is forever watching…protecting her house, you know! ?? ??? )

I’m not gonna enter because I have 2 Armarkat cat trees which I adore. I did want to point out the best part of Armarket cat trees is that you can buy replacement parts for them. Once the scratching posts wear out, you can replace them without having to buy a new tree.

With 4 cats plus the ones I foster this would be a great piece to keep them all content! In the winter time when they can’t go out to the cat actuary they tend to get bored and compete with each other for the ‘favorite’ sleeping spots. It would help keep the furniture from being the claw toy also!
