Thanks to Chronicle Books for sending me this fun puzzle. As always, all opinions are my own. This year, I'm looking for more screen-free family activities. Thanks so much to Armarkat for sending me this amazing cat tree. As always, all opinions are my own. Do you have pets? If so, do you buy them gifts for the holidays? Our cats are members of the family so we like to get them something each Christmas, and this year we turned to Armarkat for a new cat tree. Earlier this year we lost our senior cat Teddy, and our whole family was devastated. A couple months later, when we found out there was a pregnant stray cat at my parents house, we decided it Read more [...]

I was sent SHEEX performance sheets for review. All opinions are my own. I think SHEEX Performance Sheets have the potential to be both for some people! My dad is on medication that causes him to have hot flashes. While the medication is really important and is well worth the hot flashes, that doesn't mean the hot flashes aren't difficult Read more [...]

I was sent Pea Pod Babies in exchange for this post. All opinions are my own. There are so many variations of "surprise" toys on the market today that I've noticed some stores have entire 'surprise toy' sections in the toy aisles! My 7-year-old niece is one who really likes receiving various surprise toys as gifts. However, with many of the surprise toys out there, the whole thrill is just opening the gift, and then the 'surprise' is sort of a lame trinket that never gets played with. That can Read more [...]
